The turnaround for my claim and payment was very fast. The coverage is great, and customer service is always responsive when I need them (although I didn't contact them this time). I am so glad we found this pet insurance. It's the best.

Good service but very pricey.
The service is good, with claims being processed quickly and efficiently. However, in the past 5 years our premiums have more than doubled, from $41-$97/yr. This despite the fact that there is a $250 deductible and routine pet exams and procedures are not covered. So we are paying about $1200/yr. and typically never qualify for any reimbursement for regular vet visits, tests, vaccines, etc. I know this could change as our pet gets older or there is an accident, sickness, etc., but by that time our premiums may have doubled again! So it seems of questionable value at this point.
