Medication Coverage
recently put a claim in for my heartworm medication for my dog. I provided the visit receipt for medication with date of purchase for my pet and response of payment was quick within a week. They kept me informed of policy of payment as well throughout the process.
Great Pet Insurance
I have submitted claims for my Golden Retriever Dixie multiple times for ear infections, and a broken tooth which she needed surgery. Submitted claim the bill and the Dr's notes, and was paid every time in about two to three weeks. Never had one problem Met life. They paid 100% with a $250 deductable for the year. If you follow instructions on your claim you will be paid. It's best to take out the unlimited policy with them.

I am very happy to have Pets Best for my pets. They have fast reasonable processing time and fhe reimbursement about was very good. I had remended Pets Best to my friends.

Nationwide Pet Insurance has excellent customer service
I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for over 10 years, and I have never had any issue. They have an easy to use website to open new claims and review the status of all claims. I have used the vet line for questions about issues with my dogs. My dogs are my family, and I would not work with a company that did not love animals and provide great customer service. My dogs are therapy dogs, so it is important to keep them healthy. Once I submit a claim, it takes about a week for the money to go into my account (I use the automatic deposit feature). I highly recommend Nationwide; based on cost, benefits and customer service.

Much better experience than expected
"I work in the health insurance industry (People Health Insurance), so I know how many issues there are with getting claims paid. I expected the worst. I had just gone through a rather traumatic experience with my pet, and an emergency room visit, which was not cheap. I was glad to have Pets Best to help cover some of the cost. I provided my receipts, and there was no questioning, no follow-ups for additional information, no delays. It took a reasonable amount of time to get reimbursed, 2 weeks. So, it was a pleasant experience all around. Thank you Pets Best."

Healthy Paws has exceeded my expectations. It is so easy to submit a claim, each time I do I can't believe how quick and easy it is. Their customer service is super helpful. Fast and Easy with Good Coverage Options
The submission process is super easy, the explanation of benefits form you get is very straightforward, reimbursement is usually within a couple weeks (though it can get slower in the summer), and it's kept me from going into some pretty crazy debt over my dog. I do have the highest possible coverage because my pup has some serious chronic health issues (90% coverage), and I'm paying less for insurance than I would for all her procedures and meds. After seeing how high a vet bill can get in a hurry with one major incident, I don't think I'll ever have an uninsured dog again.
