The website was slow and it took several minutes of spinning before I could enter the info needed. Also I wanted $10k of coverage which is no longer an option. I did like the abilty to include wellness for a reasonable fee.

Be careful with Spot Pet Insurance.
Be careful with Spot Pet Insurance. I used Spot Pet Insurance for years but when we rehomed one of our dogs (went to my mother in law, in great hands) I tried to cancel my insurance for him and spent so much time in the portal to no avail. I had to call, sit through loops, ended up connected with an AI agent (why didn't I get that from the start? why couldn't that have been a simple chat in the portal?) I learned they don't have an online cancellation option - at all. This kind of setup feels intentionally inconvenient and not customer-friendly. I’d think twice before signing up unless you’re comfortable dealing with cancellation hurdles.
