I would have given a 9 or 10 except I was mislead. When I signed up I was told I could switch Declan’s deductible at anytime. Even though you know longer do this, I should have been Grandfathered in. I am shopping for new insurance, which is not what I want to do and, sadly not comfortable insuring my new puppy and kitty with you. Very unfair and shows lack of ethics.

Very dissatisfied with the determination about Caitriona having allergies two days after I got her when she was nine weeks old. No vet ever told me that at that time. The first I ever noticed a situation where she was biting her feet was in June or July when I took her to the vet. What is the point of getting insurance on a pet if something you don't know about is not covered when diagnosed.
