Unfortunately, my experience with Figo Pet Insurance has been negative. The way they handled my case lacked transparency and left me feeling that they do not act in the best interest of their customers. I cannot recommend their services at this time

Benefit Transparency
The benefits for each tier were clear and easy to understand, especially with the examples for each section (accident, illness, etc). The difference in price listed up front was also very helpful. I am very clear on what the policy covers, what it doesn't, and to what extent I will have to pay (deductible plus 50% of covered services).

Cat Breed question on application
I don't know what breed my cat is, so there should have been an option for Unknown or Other, and/or picture examples as a guide to help determine what it might be. Plus, it doesn't tell us how important it is that we are fully accurate with the answer.
