The staff and veterinarian were so good with my cat and my kitten. My kitten meowed loudly on the way to the vet but in the exam room I could see she was calming down and relaxed I love that you can let your pet out of the carrier to roam the exam room which adds to the calming.

Do not purchase Pets Best
I had pets best insurance for almost 5 years for both dogs. I have never filed a claim until my dog had to have surgeries not expected. The bill came to $6000 and pets best denied the whole claim. There were no pre-existing they went by comments that the veterinary, and made when she was giving education about the dog breed.. I wouldn’t waste my money on pet insurance ever again
