I switched from one pet insurance company to you guys so I have not had a chance to use the policy and hopefully I don’t have to so we will just find out how everything works out

Worst experience ever
Such a scam. Paid annual premiums and they won’t cover anything illness or injury related, even when our dog’s illness is explicitly stated in our policy document as a covered incident. It’s right there in the fine print! Incredibly disappointed. Do NOT sign up.
