Remember Pre-Existing Conditions
I mean I acknowledge it was partly my fault, but nowhere in their promotional materials did MetLife acknowledge that they did not cover pre-existing conditions, leading me to basically give up insurance coverage for my senior cat entirely. The requirement that we include SOAP notes in all filings is not something that all vets will accommodate, so keep that in mind as well.
