I noticed that the web site has been redesigned. This has made uploading claims little difficult. On the other hand, I am happy to see that the approval time of the claims has improved significantly.

So far so good
So far so good. I picked this plan because I wanted to have the insurance plus a wellness plan All in one. Puppies chew on things that they shouldn't so I feel good that Rosemary will be covered. I just hope I could afford it long-term because money is extremely tight right now.
