Website was easy to understand. Variety of choices to fit my budget. Hope this turns out to be a good choice. I have heard many horror stories about pet insurance when it's actually time to use it.

It is not easy to fill out the forms and send in information. Then to have them returned because the Vetenarian bill does not have a particular element you are looking for. Then I have to go back to the vet to request the information and then scan it to send to your company.
