I love that I can fill out the form online. The turnaround time was fairly quick! The only thing I don t like is the precondition thing (I think that is unfair), however I think that is a medical insurance thing overall. I would definitely recommend trupanion.

I've been happy thus far. This is my first dog insured through you guys. My older three are with another company. I would like to know at what point can I add the major medical on for her?
