I appreciated the way you care.
I am very please with the service from heartville. It give me the impression that we live in a small town and every body knows everybody. I appreciated the fact that my call don't go over seas and I am dealing with someone that lives in U.S. I appreciated the sympathy cards that I received after Jack and Rudy passed away. I know that you never knew them but it was important to me.

My Dewey suddenly stopped eating. We found that it was due to a number of issues -inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis, a blocked bile duct. 24 hour hospital care was needed after surgery for over a week. I am so grateful to Trupanion for making this stressful situation slightly less worrisome for me so that I could concentrate on getting Dewey better so that he could come home.
