Excellent. As always. I requested and received a bunch of Pets Best brochures. I have left a bunch of them in my vets office and always carry at least one in my purse to hand out to people that I meet and get into vet cost conversations with. 5 STARS

Incessant calling and emailing
I don’t even have the insurance and they send constant (sometimes daily) emails and phone calls. Stop trying to pressure insurance on people. Wow.
