Excellent customer service
I considered not taking out pet insurance when I recently adopted a healthy 11-month old dog. I am thrilled I changed my mind because six weeks after I adopted him, he ended up in the hospital being evaluated for a possible obstruction. Luckily he did not need surgery. But having this insurance meant I did not have to also worry about the costs.

Bear tore a toenail off . I brought him to the vet for the excessive licking. He got an antibiotic shot and the bandaged his foot for a week so it could heal. I was so glad I had insurance for times such as these.

Filing claims is easy peasy!
As a first time dog mom, I was extremely nervous about how I was going to take care of her and make sure she had everything she needed! When my mom mentioned pet insurance, I didn’t know where to begin. I went through USAA and they had many wonderful options, but this insurance carrier in particular was very easy to understand, they communicated well and their customer service chat is very helpful when I’m at work and can’t call. I haven’t had to use this for anything serious and hope I never have to, but I have peace of mind knowing my little Bailey is covered!

We have a "fur" child that we will do anything for, so your Wellness plan was a must for us. We are retired and worrying about costs that may or may not come up was not a chance we wanted to take. ( our last pup had gotten very ill and cost us a fortune- but we were still earning money then). Once we got the insurance, we had some peace of mind. The product is exactly what was promised and is very easy to use. ( My husband and I were laughing the other day telling our friends that we wish we could be dependents on our dog's insurance instead of ours!) I highly recommend this plan.
