I am a one month member and finally got time to read the package. I have a cat, you sent me two packages and a dog magazine . Your info says I have to deduct this and that then you will pay your percent, after I have to pay the Vet , if I could afford to pay the Vet up front I wouldn't need insurance, also after paying all my deductibles and reducing the invoice so much, what you guys pay is not worth paying you 40.00 a month for years for nothing.
