When the food is delivered, my cat, Mijou, takes pleasure to sit in the box and often she scratches as if looking for something.... the thought came that perhaps Chewy should randomly include a little secret toy in their shipment!!! it will be fun to see what's in there for her.... just a thought and feedback.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED, please please please try. a different insurance, just warning you guys. This company is very shady. I gave them 3 months to call me back after calling and speaking with them time and time again. No one called me back ever. The level of professionalism is horrible. They will sound like a great company to work with when you speak with them on the phone and say they will resolve matters asap and call you back with an update and then leave you hanging. How could you trust your business and money with a company that does this? Never had an insurance problem like this. Taking my business elsewhere. This company cares only about saving as much money as they can. They are a SCAM!! And YES I am planning to sue.

I have not needed the insurance as of yet.
I have not needed the insurance, as of yet. My Selena had an urinalysis a couple years ago, that went toward her deductible and as you see it was the only claim that was filed. Selena is a therapy dog and goes to work with me.
