Great service hindered by an updated claim system
So far im extremely happy to have the insurance, its been so great to have for our senior cat so we can keep her in good health and check ups without having to worry about the medical costs. The largest issue is the out date claim system requiring photos/faxes/scans of the documents vs just an online form. Its extremely inefficient to have to print out papers, fill out by hand, take photos, email them and wait and hope they were submitted correctly where I than assume a claim agent has to manual fill out the information and read peoples hand writing.

I wish my health insurance was this easy. The electronic claims, speedy payments, take the stress away from this process.
The process is easy and low effort. It allows us to devote effort to the important part which is taking care of our furry family members. I wish it was this easy for us people. :)
