This year has been a horrible year for my GSD, Joe. We have had one issue after another. And sadly it's still going on. A saving grace is the fact I got insurance on Joe when Joe was a puppy. Animal medicine has come very far in the past few decades, which is wonderful, but expensive when you need it. I do what needs doing for my animals, but having the insurance has been a huge piece of mind. My advise - get more insurance than you think you would need. I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

I have been super pleased with the service of nationwide pet insurance. The customer service is amazing and the website is pretty easy to use. Submitting a claim online is a little buggy but it’s easy to submit by email or regular mail.
