The whole process was very easy, but needs improvement with creating an account.
The whole process was very easy and fast. My only recommendation would be with the login process to create the account. I tried multiple times to create my account and it would say that my email was already associated with an account. And WOULD not let me make an account. So I had to call and get the password reset. Then that finally worked.

Our Vet have been trying to understand the liver panels. He referred us a specialist for Internal Medicine. Gracie is now being evaluated for intestinal absorption disorder. T his has been a real trial for her and us. Thank you for being there.

Compassion
When all was said and done, I had to let my beloved cat go. I eventually submitted the vet bills. Once everything was processed, I was going to make the sad call to cancel the insurance. When I received the statement for the last charge, Pets Best acknowledged the passing of my pet. I was also informed that they had cancelled the policy. I appreciated this so much. Compassion is part of their service and eased a little of my journey through grief. When the time comes to open my heart and home to another pet, I'll use Pets Best again.
