Customer service is great and quick handling of claims.
I never imagined I'd have to use this as much as I have when i first purchased this all those years ago. My little girl has had quite a few health issues that unexpectedly we've had to deal with over the years and Embrace has always handled claims professionally and promptly. Thank you Embrace. I've recommended them to many of my friends and coworkers and I know of at least 10 of them that have purchased.

Embrace makes it fast and easy
Embrace has been wonderful to work with and is always quick to reply in any situation. Our claims are processed fast and the insurance does exactly what it says. This is the only pet insurance we’ve ever had and there’s no way we will switch.

My interaction with Embrace has always been very positive. Response to claims has been very timely. Even when claims were not covered, the explanation provided was thorough and informative. I wanted so badly to like Figo, but just about everything about them has been pretty awful. First, the claim response time was ridiculous, taking over over 7 weeks to process a simple claim. I considered leaving at this point, but called in and was reassured they were making some necessary changes and the claims would be processed much quicker in the future. So I stuck around. But then only a couple weeks later I was notified my premium was due for renewal and that there would be an 130% increase in my premium!! I thought it had to be a mistake. When I called in about it they weren’t exactly the friendliest and basically told me to go elsewhere if I thought it was too much. And, I should probably mention that my dog is a healthy one year old with absolutely no health issues. So to go from $30/month to over $70/month made absolutely no sense. I’d say beware. It seems to me they have the bait and switch tactic down. They lure you in with great rates and then slam you a year or two into your policy. And last thing, I did leave and am very happy with a different company who is offering the exact same coverage (90% reimbursement, $250 deductible, unlimited lifetime benefits) for HALF the cost. So when they tell you they’re competitively priced, don’t believe them.

If you have questions the Embrace customer service team is amazing and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the insurance that best fits your pet needs. A happy customer I am. I made a great choice to invest in these insurance company for pets .
