Peace of Mind
Bonnie and Ebby, our rough collies are insured by Nationwide through payroll deduction at my job. Best investment that I have made. It has covered well fur baby visits and accidents too. Nationwide service is outstanding; and I feel reassured that if anything happens to my beloved fur babies, it is taken care by the vet and Nationwide. I tell ALL my coworkers to enroll their pets in this insurance, as it has paid for itself already.

The options of the way claims can be done is great. Not to mention the quickness of being re-imbursed. Lastly, the staff when I call for any question have exceeded themselves! The cheerfulness in their voice says a lot about the company they work for. Ishould know.....I used to be in Customer Service.

Reassured in the claims process
My cat needed to go to the vet for a kidney stone, throwing up, etc. last minute. After taking her, I was able to file the claim extremely easy. First I printed out the documents to fill out, but then realized I did not even need to do that. I just needed the bill and that was it. I did not expect for the claims to be processed as quickly as it was, it took about a day. Overall, I am extremely Reassured considering all the negative reviews I have read about people not being reimbursed reassured considering all the negative reviews I have read about people not being reimbursed

Easy and fast process
I am technologically challenged and was concerned a claim would be difficult to file. I don't even know what the formats you asked for meant. But I took pics of the needed info, attached them to the form, and like magic I was done. The response time was very fast. Wish people insurance was so easy.
