I am happy I chose Trupanion pet insurance for my puppy
The Trupanion website is easy and clear. The agent on the phone was clear. The insurance product is good and clear - no hidden info, not too many exclusions. My vet also recommended this company.

Disappointed
The response time was excellent. However, I am now very confused by what is covered in my dog's policy. He had several suspicious lumps biopsied and none of the testing was reimbursed. While I have largely been very satisfied with the coverage over the years, my latest experience has been a big disappointment.

Simply the best
As a physician, I only wish human insurance worked this well. Trupanion was amazing and so quick to respond to our claim when our dog was diagnosed with a malignant tumor - it was incredible to have one less thing to worry about as we were dealing with the emotions around the veterinary care.
