Trupanion goes well with puppyhood
Amanda H. was friendly, seemed willing to answer my questions, and did not pressure me to sign on with Trupanion. She said something about the unpredictability of puppy-hood and this stuck with us. After considering Trupanion for a week or so and speaking with Amanda again, we decided to join.

I discovered that my pet insurance coverage was with PetPlan (since my dog Gigi was 8 weeks old) when I truly thought that I was insured with Trupanion. I was very disappointed and disheartened to realize that this mistake was made by me and that my sweet girl wasn't insured the way that I intended. Candis was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She answered all my questions and was very professional!
