Was very thorough, no matter how small or big the question. Clarified lots of questions about all the different insurances available. Appreciated the specific breakdowns and honesty plus kindness.

My cats broken leg covered!
It was very quick and easy. My cats broken leg was covered immediately. Charges not covered were explained (pill pockets). Overall a great experience.

Fast!
I've had pets plus us for years. I have found lately that the turn around times for a claim is getting a lot faster. It says they process claims within 20 days, in the past I've waited over that period and had to send emails to get my claim back. The last couple claims I've put through have came back in record time (10 days).
