Don't believe bad reviews on the internet
My pet had to go to the emergency room in the middle of the night. The people there took my insurance information and said they would contact trupanion in the morning,they did and directly billed trupanion who paid the claim as insured so the insurance is worth every penny and the claim was promptly paid to the provider and I was only billed by the provider for the copay. Do not believe the bad reviews on the internet there is more to the story,all I can say is I pay my premiums on time and when I needed Trupanion they were there for me, and are excellant insurance providers

Charlieâs first claim
This is the real first claim we have had in 4 years, so not really sure as nothing was paid on our behalf. They answered and completed the claim quickly which was great

Trupanion has always been quick to reply, very efficient in communication and submitted the claim in a very timely manner. I've been extremely pleased with the service! I love getting both texts and emails as reminders that the claim is being processed/reviewed.

Kiwiâs Happy Humans!
We were so upset knowing our little border collie (kiwi) was in surgery and to later find out how much of it was covered by Trupanion. I couldnât imagine having a dog without insurance.
