CLAIMS DEPT USELESS!!
I had a policy for a year when it came time to use it for something simple the claims dept kept asking for medical records I did not have as Oliver has only been with me since adoption for a year and he is still only 2 - I sent in his initial vet bill and the one I was claiming through insurance and went through hell !!! kept asking for medical records that I do not have as he was never seen during the times they are asking!! I emailed customer service 3 times and spoke to 4 people!!! what is the problem!!! I am now telling all my friends NOT TO USE FETCH!!!

Healthy Paws
Our dog recently had to have surgery and we are so fortunate that we had Healthy Paws insurance! Their service has been excellent throughout this entire ordeal. The process of submitting claims could not have been easier and their responsiveness and status updates were always clear and timely and much appreciated! They have also been so supportive through the entire process and even sent emails to check on our dog and see how she was doing - so thoughtful!!! Thank you Healthy Paws!!!

Healthy Paws is THE BEST
We have three amazing dogs who have, unfortunately, had some bad luck - including a life-threatening GDV emergency surgery. We have never, ever not been able to treat because Healthy Paws has our backs, always. They have not only ALWAYS covered what they should, but have treated me with care and compassion during times of high stress. They're submission process is easy, they pay back quickly, and most importantly, they allow pet parents to ensure they're animals are safe. We should never have to say know or guess whether to treat. Don't USE FETCH
Fetch is the worst Pet insurance company i have ever dealt with. Deny a claim after repeating requests for documents..Dont worry .. the requests are all BOT Chat messages.. They somehow don't receive your documents.. than deny your claim.. Never answer email requests. Never gave me the detailed information I requested. MY Emergency costs were denied, all vet visit costs denied.. I can bet any good reviews for Fetch are not genuine..
