Reimbursement doesn’t seem to be a priority
When I filed my first claim, it took 3 months to get it reimbursed. I had called 3 times, send medical records twice, and they requested additional time once. I had to file an emergence claim a couple of months later, and that claim was paid quickly, along with the first one!

I just feel the turn around is not good. When I first got the insurance and entered a claim the turnaround time was faster. My rates even went up & I am not one to put a lot of claims. I think your company has changed. Will see how my turn around time is for this claim.
