Claims take long
It seems claims are taking longer and longer to process. Even the acknowledgment of claim received now takes 48 hours or more, when before it was 24 hours.

Embrace Rescued Us
Embrace rescued us when one of my rescues, a 2-3 year old, suddenly had a mass on her leg. Claims processed within the week, precert for a surgical biopsy provided with zero hassle within 24 business hours. Patience and kindness to me even when I was anxious, unreasonable and difficult. After a terrible year of preexisting conditions, mistakes on coverage, Embrace has solidly worked to do its best for us. Everyone there who helped us get through this gets our eternal gratitude!

Healthypaws is trully amazing!
We have been using healthypaws for nearly 3 years for our boy, Denver. All the time, we feel lucky with our choice. It is just so easy to file a claim and the claim gets processed efficiently and professionally. We have been recommending healthypaws to our friends and neighbors who have a fur baby. Trupanion reimburses clients quickly
Trupanion reimburses clients quickly and provides easy to understand explanations regarding what is and isn’t covered in the policy. I have never had to fight or pester to be paid which at times when the insurance is necessary is extremely important. Any agent from Trupanion that I have spoken to has always been kind, helpful and compassionate. I would recommend Trupanion to anyone and I do ALL THE TIME
