Outstanding Coverage and Claims Paid Promptly
Knowing her potential for acrobatics and high activity level, our Aussie pup Ripley has been Embraced since the day she came home with us three years, at 8 weeks old. I never expected her major claim would be for a dental injury. Playing with her brother, she had a hold of his collar and caught her molar on the metal D-ring, breaking it all the way to the root line. Embrace covered the initial consult with the local vet as well as the oral surgery with a board-certified veterinary dental specialist. Being able to get her the best care and knowing Embrace would cover the surgery provided tremendous peace of mind. I was impressed with Embrace's prompt and helpful customer service as well as their payment of all covered expenses exactly as outlined in my coverage documents. There were no surprises. I received my reimbursement much faster than expected. I cannot recommend Embrace highly enough and both my Aussies will be Embraced for life!

Sick with diarrhea
We have the Whole Pet Wellness policy for Maya. We have used the policy in Maya's first year and I will say Nationwide has been excellent to work with and has settled the claims very promptly. I recommend Nationwide and specifically this policy to family & friends with pets. Thank you Nationwide!

More than just pet insurance
Once again, Embrace has made me so grateful I have them in my corner. Whenever I get a huge vet bill, which thankfully isn’t often, I always breath easy knowing that I’ll get a reimbursement from my pet insurance. Not only that, but they always address my pet by name and give well wishes to my pet. It’s just a nice touch. I can’t say enough about Embrace and I’ve recommeded them to many friends who feel the same.

Choose Nationwide cause they are on YOUR SIDE !!
I have been with Nationwide Pet Insurance for almost 2 years. I have the Wholepet wellnesss full coverage for my Frenchie. When there is no dollar amount I wouldn’t spend to take care of him I knew I needed Pet ins. Nationwide was the most affordable and the BEST COVERAGE I found for my babes. There customer service is Top notch and super caring. Have you ever submitted a claim for reembursment and then the company reaches out to you to see how your doing after they paid for your vet bill? Well Nationwide does. The claim process is super easy, hassle free and processed within a reasonable time. I will be with Nationwide for Life and tell everyone how wonderful they are to me and my dog. Thank you Nationwide for being on my side !!

True to their word and unbelievably fast claim reimbursement
Our dog was diagnosed with a choroid plexus tumor between his brain stem and his cerebellum. As surgery was extremely risky, we opted for stereotactic radiation therapy for our boy. So far his claims have been over $11,000 and with the follow-up MRI n a few months, we will probably come close to maxing out our $15,000 claim limit for this year. Because there is no lifetime maximum, if he needs more treatment in the future, we can get it for him. I can't say enough good things about how Embrace has treated us. As soon as they have received a claim, they have reviewed it and issued a refund by direct deposit within just a few days. We have not even had to carry over a credit card balance for this while waiting for a refund! Every dog I own from now on will be covered by Embrace, and I hope to God we won't ever need to use it again!

Hands down the best insurance company
Hands down the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. Top notch customer service. It's not very often an insurance company looks to pay a claim rather than find a way not to pay a claim.
