Literally life savers
A major medical problem is never convenient but they always tend to come up when life is already pretty hectic. When Pattie was diagnosed with cancer I cried and stressed and was totally overwhelmed. However, I didn't worry about paying for treatment and always knew I would be able to do anything and everything for her because she had Nationwide with great coverage and customer service. For 5 years I have paid for this insurance, sometimes with no medical need for it, in preparation for this very moment. I am so thankful I have and have no regrets or hesitations. Always money well spent.

Having Nationwide Pet Insurance has been great for us. Affordable with great coverage for our pets. Our latest incident with Beau (our little dog) was very severe at the time. Having almost met our deductible, shelling out $1000 is a hardship, but we got 95% of that back. Questions were answered reasonably by staff. Highly recommend.

Nation Wide Pet Insurance
Recently enrolled in pet insurance with nationwide, after I was enrolled I read many negative reviews and was very skeptical. I submitted my first bill and it took about a month to be reimbursed which is longer than I was hoping for BUT when my claim was eventually taken care of I was reimbursed for everything my policy had promised so I am satisfied. If it continues like this I will be very satisfied with my coverage with the exception of the length of time it takes to process claims!

We recently had to take our sweet pup in after playing fetch because she ruptured a disk in her neck. We originally took her to our vet, but unfortunately she became worse overnight so we had a trip to the emergency vet the next day. We were very worried as this turned out to be a $1000 weekend to take care of our Sophie. We were so relieved to be reimbursed for both visits within a week! We do not skimp when it comes to the care of our fur babies. It is comforting to know we don't have to make decisions about their care based on money. We are very thankful for Pets Best!

I think ya'll have amended your underwriting of claims in a positive way. In the past I felt PBI did not take all actors into account when reviewing claims. I appreciate the fact that PBI seems to be more proactive in including all factors now.

It's so simple and easy to file a claim. The turn around on the claim was reasonable and the check was received in the time frame you all said it would come. I boss just got a puppy and I've told him he need to go with Pets Best for insurance!

Claims process could not be easier.
My Bichon was diagnosed with lymphoma and had to have a bowel resection and started chemo -without the peace of mind knowing that a portion of the expenses would be covered I am not sure what we would have done. The claims process could not be easier - just took a picture with my phone and submitted it- had the money in my account within a week
