Great service so far!
Luckily I have only had to submit claims for the first time this year after having this insurance for 5 years. They were helpful and prompt with my reimbursement!

I have had other pet insurance companies before. There always was an unpleasant surprise lurking down the line somewhere. Not with Nationwide! Awesome pet insurance, quick re-imbursements, no unpleasant surprises!! Best pet insurance EVER!!! I have referred several of my pet owning friends to Nationwide.

Claims are good but the monthly fee is getting too high. When I 1st signed up many years ago, I was told my fee would not go up, well it has. I have 4 pets on this insurance, you can imagine how much per month it is costing me.
