The claims process is so simple. I logged into my account with my phone, took pictures of the invoice from my vet and submitted. 3 days later I received a check in the mail. Best experience I've had with an insurance company!

Our dog had an unexpected serious illness & Trupanion handled the claims efficiently & spoke to us in a very caring & respectful manner. They also worked with us & our veterinarian with follow-up visits & meds. Would highly recommend

Our claim was processed
Our claim was processed immediately on-site at our vet's office. The process took only a couple of minutes, and our claim was processed in only a day. Tokaido and I are grateful we have his health insurance with Trupanion. Reliable, understanding, and attentive. We will be glad to recommend Trupanion to everyone who loves the furry members of the family.

This last claim experience has been just like all the others we have put through to Trupanion.... - we have never been left hanging -we have never been disappointed -we have always had all our claims covered(for which we qualified) -in fact once Trupanion even covered a claim that we did not qualify for simply because one of their agents (mistakenly) said we were covered. - All of the above notes shows me Trupanion is a very caring company and has a great business ethic.
