Best decision we made to get Embrace insurance
4th retriever we’ve had and never had insurance. Unfortunately and sadly we had 2 medical problems that ran into quite a few bills with our previous dogs . Hopefully we won’t need to use the accident or sick part of this insurance but the wellness part was so worth it. Very happy with Embrace and impressed with the speed claims are completed.

Delivered as promised!
Our 4yo havanese developed gastroenteritis on a Sunday afternoon. We tried several home remedies to no avail and ended up in Pet ER Sunday night. He was dehydrated, still vomiting with diarrhea. The next 2 days he traveled between ER and our vet's office needing 24 hr intravenous drips and drugs to treat the symptoms. The bill was staggering! I was nervous about the insurance paying (first insurance year and first claim). Embrace delivered as promised! They were courteous and prompt and we received checks exactly as we anticipated within a month!! The reimbursement from this one "stomach upset" actually paid the premium on both dogs! We were skeptical last year at this time - we are relieved believers today.

Pets Best Insurance is a Lifesaver
In October of 2018 my boy, Tank, was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Once it was determined there were no pre-existing conditions all of my claims have been completed very quickly with no questions asked. It's been a life saver to have Pets Best Insurance because without them, my Tank would not have been able to get the care he has gotten because the cost of doctor's appointments, specialist (oncologist) and medications for cancer is extremely expensive. Having Pets Best Insurance has allowed Tank to be here with me longer than he would have been without specialist and the proper medications. Whenever I have called to ask a question about Tank's coverage, the representative helping me has been very nice, helpful and compassionate. The claims process is extremely easy (I file my claims online) and they process the claims very quickly. I have two other girls who are also covered and it's a good feeling to know, if ever I need to take them to the doctor, I have Pets Best Insurance to help me with the expense.

Excellent and fast claims procesing, three days from submission to payment.
I have three dogs enrolled in the Pets Best insurance program. On every occasion claims were processed very fast without any discrepancy on the amount paid from the insurer. I'm very satisfied with Pets Best and recommend it to all dog owners without hesitation.

nationwide pet insurance is AMAZING! The monthly payment is very fair considering the coverage they provide! They covered my dogs IVDD back surgery and emergency visit to the vet. Very reliable and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Excellent coverage and easy to file claims and get payment
I have 6 cats with illness and accident insurance through Pet's Best. I purchased these policies after one of my cats had thyroid issues and the treatment cost $1K out of pocket. Ouch! So glad I purchased this coverage as my cats are aging and I now have a diabetic cat, one with CKD and hypertension, and most recently two others that were hospitalized due to gastric issues. I rave about this insurance to anyone who will listen. Claims process takes less than 5 minutes to submit since I work from home and can scan my bills easily and payment is usually within 7 days. Must faster than my insurance! Only downside is that now it is the new year and I have to meet my deductible again.

Amazing Servicr
After researching pet insurance, we decided to go with Embrace through USAA. Our puppy ate a sock and thankfully we had insurance to help. Everyone in claims and customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful. Our claims were processed faster than I anticipated and it was a huge help! Thank you!!
