Handled both claims beautifully
I had to take my cat Lambchop to the vet twice for completely different issues. I lost the first invoice and had to obtain another copy so ended up submitting two at once. That didn't even phase the professionals at Pets Best. They handled both claims beautifully at the same time, explaining fully why certain services were not covered and giving prompt reimbursement for those that were. I was notified of the process the whole way through.

Claims taking longer than usual
My only comment is that it seems to take longer this year than previous years to acknowledge receipt of claim and also longer to process and reimburse.

Submitted a claim for surgery for retained baby teeth. There were a few things I had done that weren't covered so they did a separate breakdown for those which was very much appreciated! There was a thorough breakdown of each cost and reimbursement and I was highly satisfied.

Trupanion has been great!
I'm glad I have had Trupanion since puppyhood! Although the dog is healthy, he has had issues with allergies that has required treatment and medication. Trupanion has helped pay those costs. I am in the insurance business and wish that my own medical insurance was as good.
