Terrible Company Customer service is horrible, No return calls or answering of emails
I should have done my research. The puppy came with six weeks insurance. I continued the insurance. Customer service is friendly but totally useless. No replies to emails, no return phone calls. On the website it says will advise claims stats in one to three days. What a joke. I call the customer service to speak to a manager...put on hold for ten mins. They are all in a meeting....horrible...you are basically paying premiums and receive a magazine and no customer service or coverage. So disappointed in this company. Buyer beware.

Invoices processed in a timely fashion
Most recently, it was implemented an easier and friendlier way to submit invoices / claims. Except for one, that is under appeals process, the others have been processed in a timely fashion.
