We have loved working with Nationwide. The ease of submitting claims and getting explanation of benefits as well as receiving payments after our deductible has been met is amazing! We are very pleased with our coverage as well. We have not been denied for anything.

I always recommend Pets Best
Our dog Bella is very active. She goes to the dog park, day care, and we take her for long walks and hikes regularly. Bella had her nail broken off while playing and we didn't have to hesitate about bringing her in. I always recommend pets best. It's taken a lot of worry out of taking our dog in if she gets hurt or sick. The peace of mind alone is worth it. Our vet was able to treat her and her nail is growing back. We got reimbursed for the pricy vet visit and the follow up within about a week and a half of submitting the claim. Better yet, our pup is doing great and is healing nicely.

So glad to have Pets Best

Pet's Best is always very responsive after I send in a claim. I immediately know the claim has been received, and I receive emails if there are any problems that arise during the claims process. Payment I on the claims is usually very expedient. Y'all are doing a great job. Thank you.
