I like the coverage that my pet receives. I do wish the claim portion worked a bit faster.
Overall I am extremely happy with the coverage Lola receives and your customer service. I like that each time I file a claim a review of my benefits are sent.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is the Best
If everything in my life was as easy as Nationwide Pet Insurance is, I would be in heaven. We've had Nationwide for 2 1/2 years, and it's consistently superior. The claims process is easy, and payments are prompt. Even one minor customer service question was dealt with quickly, and to my satisfaction. Hard to believe I would ever love insurance, but I do love Nationwide!

Having Nationwide Pet Insurance is the best thing in the world for our family for peace of mind and support!
Nationwide Pet Insurance saved our young dog's, Baxter's, life. We didn't realize how sick he was until we took him into the vet and then through a series of specialists. We were completely at a loss to deal with his condition and we didn't see it coming. Every step of the way, Nationwide representatives were there to answer questions and offer their support. Thanks to Nationwide, we faced a terribly difficult situation and agonizing choices with the assurance that our beloved family member would have the best care and chance of survival. They were there for us all the time, helping us cope. We felt and we still do, that in dealing with Nationwide Pet Insurance, we aren't dealing with a business but more of a caring partnership to protect and support our family. Baxter is alive and playful and healthy today thanks to Nationwide.

During one of the most worrisome and stressful times, my wife and i knew that Nationwide had our back. Molly, our 8-month-old Chocolat Lab had not been eating, drinking or overall feeling well. We took her to the puppo ER where she received the treatment she needed. As with any family member, the financial strain is one you don't even second guess...you just want that member of your family to feel better. After the healing, you start to worry about the financial side. With Nationwide, it was as easy as taking a picture of the bill and submitting it via their app. Every time i have had to call, the rep on the other end has been warm and welcoming and always talks to me like a human...like a member of their family...and they understand how much our pets mean to us. Its very welcoming and makes the whole process that much easier.

Glad I changed over to Nationwide pets
Unfortunately, we finally need to use the pet insurance for our pup Dumbledore! Very happy the process was as smooth as promised. I submitted the claim online and was reimbursed a couple weeks later! No problems.
