Nationwide's Pet Wellness is Great
I have the top insurance on two of my Dobermans. I have never had any issues submitting claims and being reimbursed. The reimbursement process is faster than expected and having the money auto transferred to my account is a plus. When I need to speak with someone, they are knowledgeable and polite. This gives me the peace of mind knowing that I am able to give my dogs the care they need without worrying, especially if an emergency arises.

Don’t expect much back
Out of 4 claims, only one has paid ANYTHING back, and it was only a fraction of the costs. The first two were two separate claims that AKC claimed was a “pre-existing condition” even though it was an acute illness and then immediately another one with different symptoms. Even after a letter from the vet and full cooperation during the appeal process, they still kept the original decision. Exceedingly frustrated.

I have been with this insurance for over 3 years, luckily Menina was very healthy and good shape, but this year everything has changed, Menina got some issues in her neck, every single claim has been approved fast and very easy to understand all the paperwork
