Painless Experience
I have a little guy who has needed daily meds and some internal medicine workups to figure out his pancreatitis/kidney problems. I have been reimbursed more than $6000 over a few years for this kitty, and I know he’ll be a lifer on this medication. The claims process has been seamless and easy. I also have coverage for my 2nd kitty, but he hasn’t needed anything. Happy to have the security.

Customer Service for help with questions have been courteous, helpful, and if they are not absolutely sure, they place me on hold and find out.
