I've had a claim pending for 2 months and I've reached out multiple times about the status. This last phone call (12/4/19), the woman said a senior claims specialist told her they would have it completed by Friday (12/6/19). It's now Saturday and I have heard nothing. Trupanion has no problem rejecting my dogs acl surgery claiming it's somehow an '?illness'?, in only 2 days! Trupanion had no hesitation rejecting my appeal to that claim in less than 5 days. Now, it's been two months, I've been fed baseless lies and it feels like you're trying to search for a reason to deny this most current claim and/or once you realize it should be legitimately covered, you wait to be hassled before acting...which has yet to be proven effective.

Peace of mind for my aging fur babies
I purchased insurance 8 years ago & have really been grateful since my cats are now going on 14 & 15 and have really needed it this past year. This is the second time we had the need to file a claim. In both cases the claim was processed immediately, I wish health insurance for humans was this hassle free!!
