I would have rated a 10 if the invoice receipt wasn't confusing to read, I thought it was just me so I showed a couple of my coworkers, and they also said 'œthat doesn't make any sense', but I appreciate Trupanions service and that's the most important thing, Thank you so much!!

I had a very positive experience with Trupanion. Our claim was handled in a timely manner and we also were able to get an estimate before any work was done. At one point I called the main line about our claim and the representative was very informative and was truly concerned about the welfare of my pet. It was a great customer service experience.
