Trupanion is the best pet insurance out there. The customer service goes above and beyond. They have paid so much of Ozzy's medical bills and whenever I have a question or concern, they are always patient and explain everything in a concise and clear manner. Not worth it!
I have 2 dogs. I have put in more then several claims. Not 1 cent back. What's the point in the insurance if you don't get nothing back. It's just another 100 bucks more each month I have to dish out on top of the vet bills. Not happy. Was told they where very good and will always get some sort of compensation. It's cheaper to just take the vet bills and just pay it I'll save several hundred each month with out paying insurance for somthing I don't get composited for.

I really like having the Trupanion policy. When there's nothing wrong, and my baby is okay, I'm happy to pay premiums. When I get vet bills, it feels like Trupanion has my back and will give me the benefit of the doubt instead of trying to find a way to avoid paying claims. Would recommend to my friends/family.

My claims are always processed extremely fast and direct deposited into my account. I am able to charge my vet bill to my credit card and then pay my card once I receive payment.
