Non covered charges
Disappointed that the Vet's fee for diagnosing the dog's illness is not part of a legitimate reimbursable amount. It's considered to be a non insured medical exam. The dog wouldn't be there for an exam if she wasn't ill.

Very Prompt service and payment
I really like the fact that you process the claim immediately and I only have to pay the amount not covered by the insurance when I picked up my dog. I also appreciate the one time deductable for a diagnosis. Thank you
