Very Disappointed...
Have had this insurance since 2017 and still nothing paid out, no deductibles met despite several health issues and difficulty with claims and additional requests... Nothing like I thought it would be.

Length of time for Processing
It took almost a month for my claim to be processed and then when I finally got an answer, I was told it went towards my deductible, which is fine. I just wonder what took so long.

Trupanion is for real
The claim was paid out promptly and when I called to cancel the policy, it was canceled effective the day after my dog had died, which was about 3 weeks prior, and the premiums were refunded. If or when I get another dog I will sign up with you guys again.
