We sadly lost our dog a few weeks ago, we had Tripanion since she was 8 weeks old and we cannot say enough good things on how fast and helpful they were over the past year and a half. Our dog received several rounds of chemotherapy which maintained her happy during those 18 months. We were able to be with her that would not have been possible without the support that we received from trupanion.

Good Experience
Well, it took me thinking I wanted to drop the coverage before I learned from one of your representatives that it's per diagnosis cumulative over my puppy's lifetime that changed everything for me. Even with a $1,000 deductible, the way this little dude gets the same things over and over, it will probably pay off eventually. Thanks to your nice representative for helping explain things to me and getting me started on filing claims.... And a shout out to my vet for sending all past bills to you guys so we could start the process of getting the deductibles out of the way. Trupanion's response back was quick and fairly easy to follow regarding what was counted, what wasn't and what deductible has been met.

Help even with Cancer!
I'm so happy I'm insuring my pet with you. The expense of my dogs treatment is very high but your claims process is so easy and the payments come to me very quickly!! Your CSR's are all very kind and helpful which is nice when you're dog is battling a critical, potentially fatal condition.
