Experience was well. Fairly easy to fill but I am still not that familiar with submitting claims. Would be a lot easier if you could direct submit through the vet office like I do for my medical. Response was prompt.

Cooper’s second chance...
Fantastic service! My dog Cooper has been in congestive heart failure for over a year and has hepatitis. Without the comprehensive coverage of Trupanion, he would not have had access to the treatments he’s needed to sustain his quality of life and allow him to continue to wade along the shore of the lake on our daily walks.

We have had nothing but great service from Trupanion.
We have had nothing but great service from Trupanion. When our little cat was diagnosed with a congenital heart problem we didn’t know if she would be covered for it, but Trupanion covered all of her expensive medications and tests. It would have been an overwhelming expense without insurance. The submission process is easy and straightforward as well. I suggest all of my friends with pets look into getting coverage.

Quick but costs rising
Claims are quickly dealt with, but the cost has risen. Would be helpful if the 'nurse service' were covered for monthly allergy injection. Not sure if the charge for 'corporate activity tax' is generated by Cascade Summit Animal Hospital or Trupanion?
