Explained Everything Very Clearly
I wasn't sure about my coverage, and Trupanion got back to let me know they received my request. Then they let me know they were looking into it, and finally, Trupanion replied in a timely manner and explained everything very clearly.

I filed a claim on her insurance with Trupanion and I was very pleased with the quick response and the covered items! Veterinarians are very expensive and since I want the very best care for my pet, I am thankful to have you as my backup!!

The lifelong deductible has not seemed to work out in my favor thus far and I also really wish prescription foods were covered at 50% forever since they are replacements for medications.

Otherwise, Trupanion has been good and always available to provide info. I am happy overall with the coverage and the customer service
