So Easy!
I couldn't believe how easy it was to file a claim. Then I received my payment in less than a week. It really made caring for my dog so much easier not having to worry about money.

I just wish I had one contact person.
First time ever had pet insurance. Was a little difficult in understanding what was required when first claim submitted. Then got emails asking me to get documentation as y’all never got it. Then in interim I get vets office to send and claim on hold as you asked me to get again. Long story short while I’m getting documents again I’m getting emails saying claim settled. Very confusing. So hoping going forward it’s simpler. I understand the emails regarding pre existing conditions. Just wish I had one person dealing with this. Believe 3 people were involved. Don’t want to waste anyone’s time and your App can be difficult in uploading.

Healthy Paws has been SO helpful for both of my cats. They have each had their share of issues, one broke their hip and the other has gone through a bone marrow test & bladder stone. We are always able to give our cats the highest quality of care because of them. They have made the process of filing a claim so simple and take the time to check on our kitties afterwards as well. Definitely recommend!
