I’m very pleased with how helpful and professional Abby H. was with helping me with my claim. She went above and beyond my expectations. The reimbursement process was easy and very fast I received in the mail.

I have my puppy back because of Embrace!!!!
I am extremely fortunate to have chosen Embrace Insurance for my new puppy Rocky. He was just 10 weeks old when I got him and I decided to get insurance for him never thinking that I would need to use it until he was in his senior years. I had compared several companies and chose Embrace because of the good reviews online, competitive rate, overall coverage and their association with USAA. Less than a month after getting Rocky hesitated to lose his appetite and began to throw up. What I thought was a little stomach upset ended up being diagnosed as kidney failure either from a kidney infection or congenital issue.Rocky anded up being hospitalized for 6 days in two different emergency hospitals and needed multiple visits to our vet for days of IV fluid treatments. The bills kept mounting to over $8,000.00 and are still going. Embrace has been wonderful about covering each and every claim and I had only been a member for less than a month.Once they received all the information they needed they reviewed the claim and covered 90% of all of Rocky's medical expenses related to his kidney failure. The customer service representatives have always been friendly, knowledgable, and willing to go the extra step to facilitate the processing of the claim. Without Embrace I may have been forced to make some very unpleasant choices. Rocky is getting better and I feel like I have my sweet puppy back. Thanks to all the veterinarians who took care of him and to Embrace for making it all possible

Healthy Paws truly is for “pet people”
Healthy Paws has been there for my pet and me on numerous occasions. I’m a first time dog-owner and my rescue has had a litany of medical issues. Healthy Paws has always been clear in their services and coverage and have never given me any grief regarding amounts. He had back surgery and Healthy Paws worked with our surgeons directly, making our payment process a breeze. I couldn’t recommend having insurance for your four-legged friends more, and I have only positive things to say about my experience with Healthy Paws.

I highly recommend Healthy Paws Insurance
We have had Healthy Paws pet insurance on our Labrador Retriever since she was a baby. We have had to submit claims several times, and Healthy Paws has made submitting claims very easy, their customer service is helpful. She just had to have major surgery on her leg and Healthy Paws was right there to support her and reimburse us for the very expensive surgery. You can choose the amount of coverage you want, which will determine your monthly premium.

Once again saving the day with ease
Just another bump in the road for my 3.5 year old SRH pointer on a Saturday afternoon with 104.5 fever. Trip to Emergency vet $$$ but not to worry. After two weeks of treatment for inflamed Prostate, turned in all invoices online and Done. No hassles, quick response and reimbursement. I will never own a pet without Trupanion coverage.. Excellent service

I have been with Embrace for over 4 years. My dog had 3 cancer removal surgeries. Thankfully all are covered and rest of the test and hospital stays too... Can't thank Embrace enough. Thank you very much. Without you guys, It would have been very difficult.

So Thankful
When my fur baby blew out his knee and needed CCL surgery I knew it would be expensive. But I couldn’t have him hurting and limping his entire life so it had to be done. Knowing that Healthy Paws would help me was a huge relief. Submitting the claim and getting reimbursed was a smooth and easy process.
