I wasn’t sure how long claim would take, being my first claim. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick updates I received. Trupanion, absolutely incredible. My claim was so quickly processed, without any issues. This is an excellent Company and I am very fortunate to have them as my Pets Insurance Company. Thank you Trupanion.

Very efficient, professional and courteous employees. When my puppy needed immediate veterinary care to save his life, I was so glad I had Trupanion pet insurance. This put my mind at ease so that I was not worried about paying the hospital bill. After filing a claim I was quickly reimbursed. They are there when you need them.
